На высоте в 1750 м над уровнем моря в районе Красной Поляны расположены знаменитые Хмелевские озера. Они входят в состав Сочинского национального парка и являются особо охраняемым природным объектом. Хмелевские озера расположены высоко в горах, где нет проложенных обустроенных дорог, поэтому они доступны только пешим туристам и внедорожникам. Сюда организуется экскурсия на джипах, которая так и называется джиппинг.
На хребте, где расположены озера, находится высокогорный приют и видовые площадки. С высоты 1200 м открывается величайшая панорама Западного Кавказа – 100 км обзора от г. Фишт до Бзыбского хребта в Абхазии.
